The White Rose Stakes was a flat horse race in Great Britain which was open to three-year-old thoroughbreds. It was run at Ascot over a distance of 1 mile and 2 furlongs (2,012 metres), and it was scheduled to take place each year in late April or early May.

The event was originally held at Hurst Park, and for a period it was open to horses aged three or older. It was restricted to three-year-olds in the 1950s, and it was transferred to Ascot in 1963.

When the present system of race grading was introduced in 1971, the White Rose Stakes was classed at Group 3 level. It was subsequently downgraded, and it was last run as a conditions race in 1993. It was replaced by a handicap version – the "White Rose Handicap" – which continued for several years thereafter.
